- THE FOUR R’s OF ROCK SOLID
YOUTH MINISTRY
- RS’s vision can be summed up
in 4 R’s:
-
- REACH
- RS believes the streets and
schools are ready for the gospel. God’s light in us
must shine in the darkness. We’re empowered to be
witnesses (Acts 1:8). RS has a passion for soul
winning and a heart for the un-churched. Through the
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) we are making
a difference on high and middle school campuses. The
Bible says, “And the Lord added to their numbers
daily…” That’s RS’s vision.

- REPRODUCE
- Jesus has commissioned us to
make disciples not decisions. Though it’s wonderful
when people receive Jesus, we want to see RS teens
lives changed into the likeness of Christ. We’re the
only Bibles the world will ever read. RS'
ers must
represent Jesus to a lost a dying world and
discipleship is marked by the cross of Christ!

- RAISE
- All Christians can become
leaders. In Rock Solid, we seek to create a
leadership where teens are mentored and mobilized to
serve their peers and church. I believe everyone has
influence and leaders are influencers. Rock Solid
can only grow in proportion to the number of leaders
we have.

- RELEASE
- It’s more blessed to give
than to receive. Rock Solid youth ministry is where
teens are trained and equipped to serve in different
ministries and even in the nations . . . serving God
in the power of the Holy Spirit!
